01Who we are

This website is operated by Offensive Pulse LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of New Mexico, USA (Secretary of State file no. 3255322).

Offensive Pulse LLC is the controller of the personal data described below.

02What data we collect

Contact form. When you write to us we receive the name or company name, email address and message you enter.

Technical data sent with the form. To protect the form against abuse and spam, each message also includes the IP address it was sent from, an approximate location derived from it (country, region, city), the network provider, your browser’s user-agent and language, and the page you came from.

Browsing. Our hosting and security provider processes standard connection data (such as IP address and request details) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We use privacy-friendly analytics without advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

03Why we use it and on what basis

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.

04Who we share it with

We rely on a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf:

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.

05How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages for as long as we need them to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then delete them, unless we must keep them longer to meet a legal obligation.

06Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores your language choice (EN/ES) in your browser’s local storage, and our security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots. These do not require consent.

07Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability, by writing to contact@offensivepulse.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es) or the Portuguese Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).

08Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
